Hoje, dia 27 de outubro, foi realizada uma reunião entre servidores do IBRAM para tratar sobre as atividades desempenhadas pelo Grupo de Trabalho de Reestruturação da Carreira Atividades de Meio Ambiente do IBRAM.

Nesta reunião foi solicitado aos presentes que façam um esforço para analisar todas as questões que interferem diretamente na qualidade de trabalho dos servidores e na qualidade do serviço prestado pelo IBRAM, de forma a levar estas questões ao Grupo de Trabalho.

Pensar a carreira, refletir sobre quais melhorias que a carreira pode trazer ao serviço que o IBRAM presta a sociedade é um dever de todos os servidores que querem um IBRAM melhor. Este é o trabalho defendido pela associação na reestruturação da carreira.

O grupo de trabalho se reunirá novamente na Sexta, dia 4 de novembro, onde os trabalhos de consolidação das atribuições da carreira continuarão.
