A ASIBRAM desde final de 2011, com a formação de grupo de trabalho do Dialoga da SEAP, tem buscado a reestruturação da Carreira Atividades do Meio Ambiente. No final de agosto de 2013 a SEAP enviou a Câmara Legislativa do Distrito Federal (CLDF) o Projeto de Lei (PL) nº 1.591/2013 que reestrutura a referida carreira. O PL deve ser aprovado em três comissões e então seguir para votação pela sessão plenária na CLDF. O projeto já foi aprovado pela Comissão de Economia, Orçamento e Finanças (CEOF), com relatoria do Dep. Roney Nemer e pela Comissão de Assuntos Sociais (CAS), com relatoria da Dep. Celina Leão. Falta apenas a aprovação na Comissão de Constituição e Justiça (CCJ), cuja relatoria ficou sob a responsabilidade do Dep. Robério Negreiros. O PL tramita em regime de Urgência, a diretoria da Associação, com o apoio de seus associados, que compareceram esta semana na CLDF, está se movimento junto ao gabinete do Deputado relator e conversando com outros deputados membros da CCJ para que seja dada celeridade ao processo, e que a matéria possa ser votada na próxima terça-feira (dia 17/09) na CLDF.
