O Presidente da ASSOCIAÇÃO DOS SERVIDORES DO INSTITUTO DO MEIO AMBIENTE E DOS RECURSOS HÍDRICOS DO DISTRITO FEDERAL – BRASÍLIA AMBIENTAL - ASIBRAM, no uso das atribuições que lhe confere o Estatuto Social (art. 21, I), convoca os associados em condições de votar, para se reunirem em Assembleias Gerais Extraordinárias, a serem realizadas sob a luz do Art. 5º da Lei nº14.010/2020, no aplicativo de videoconferência Zoom, através do link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89325073400, no dia 24/07/2020 (sexta-feira), às 14:00h (hora prevista para a primeira convocação):

ORDEM DO DIA:

1º Assembleia Geral:

  • Abertura dos trabalhos;
  • Apresentação da prestação de contas da gestão 2018-2020;
  • Discussão;
  • Deliberação;
  • O que ocorrer.

2º Assembleia Geral:

  • Abertura dos trabalhos;
  • Apresentação de proposta para alteração no Estatuto Social (proposta em anexo);
  • Discussão;
  • Deliberação;
  • O que ocorrer.

Destaca-se que na forma do Art. 23, parágrafo único, do Estatuto Social, para realização da 2º Assembleia Geral, será necessária a presença de 1/3 (um terço) dos associados*.

Nesta oportunidade, os votos serão nominais, através de chamada individual.

Considerando a proposta de alteração do Estatuto Social em anexo, estaremos recebendo contribuições pelo e-mail asibram.diretoria@gmail.com, até às 23:59h do dia 23/07/2020.

Informamos ainda, que as duas assembleias serão gravadas para registro, sem prejuízo a confecção de ata.
