No dia 10/05/2017, às 9h, ocorrerá Audiência Pública acerca do Projeto de Lei nº 3.729/2004 na Câmara dos Deputados.

Esse PL (link para acesso abaixo) transforma drasticamente o papel dos Órgãos Ambientais no controle ambiental do território ao retirar do licenciamento ambiental atividades econômicas extremamente nocivas ao meio ambiente.

A ASIBRAM estará presente e conta com o apoio amplo dos associados para comparecimento à Câmara dos Deputados.

Não compactuamos com o desmonte do Estado brasileiro, e muito menos com o crescimento econômico desenfreado que prejudique o meio ambiente como um direito difuso e as atribuições dos Órgãos Ambientais brasileiros na mediação entre economia, sociedade e natureza!
