 Após várias tentativas e com o apoio do Gabinete do Dep. Wasny de Roure, a ASIBRAM foi recebida para audiência com o Secretário Adjunto da SEAP (Secretaria de Administração Pública do Governo do Distrito Federal), Sr. Jacy Braga Rodrigues. Participaram da audiência, na última terça-feira (02/10/2012), Antonio Barreto e João Carlos que foram os representantes da ASIBRAM, e segundo os associados o  resultado da reunião foi muito positivo. De acordo com Jacy Braga todos os Projetos de Leis (PLs) que tratam de restruturação de carreiras serão enviados em novembro para CLDF e que várias carreiras serão contempladas dentre elas a Carreira de Atividades do Meio Ambiente. Os representantes da ASIBRAM conversaram também com um dos servidores da SEAP, que participou da elaboração do PL da Carreira do IBRAM, ele confirmou que o texto do PL, que foi o resultado das discussões do GT DIALOGA entre IBRAM, SEMARH, SEAP e SINDIRETA em 2011, está seguindo a tendência do Governo Federal, e que a avaliação de desempenho é uma das melhores ferramentas para valorizar o servidor. Desta forma o servidor da SEAP afirmou que conta com a aprovação do PL na Câmara, para que a Carreira de Atividades de Meio Ambiente sirva de exemplo para outras categorias do GDF. O Assessor do Dep. Wasny de Roure, Carlos Gomes, ressaltou que o Dep. Wasny vai se empenhar pela aprovação do PL.
